Jet Brella’s precision-engineered engine cover system for the Gulfstream GIIB is designed to provide full-spectrum protection for the aircraft’s Rolls-Royce Spey 511 engines. Ideal for ramp operations, overnight parking, or long-term storage, these dual-venting inlet and exhaust covers prevent environmental damage, foreign object debris (FOD), and mechanical wear. Inlet Covers

Jet Brella’s inlet covers for the GIIB are purpose-built to match the contours of the Rolls-Royce Spey 511 engine nacelles. Each unit weighs just 5.25 lbs, with stowed dimensions of 37” tall by 5” wide. The dual venting design allows internal air pressure to equalize post-shutdown while preventing harmful debris, moisture, and wildlife intrusion. Installation is fast and solo-friendly, utilizing a hook (outboard) and snap (inboard) system that requires no tools or modifications. The rubber cone includes a built-in spinner bearing for added fit and durability. Each cover comes with a breathable mesh carry bag for easy stowage.

Exhaust Covers

Jet Brella’s exhaust cover for the Gulfstream GIIB provides vital protection for the rear engine outlet area, preventing ingress from birds, moisture, and ramp contaminants. Like the inlet system, it is designed for tool-free, no-drill installation and features durable materials for extended use. The exhaust unit consists of a vinyl-covered foam pillow backed by a rigid fiberglass plate, providing structure and weather resistance. The cover is secured using an adjustable webbing strap with a plastic tether hook, allowing it to remain secure during high winds or turbulence. Lightweight and low-profile, it adds essential rear-end protection to complete the full-engine seal.
